Shipping Terms & Conditions

1. Items will only be shipped out upon payments received.
2. Items are shipped out every Monday & Thursday.  Orders are processed at 12pm, and items would be shipped out at 2pm.
3. Shipping cost on this website is only an estimated cost.  Please contact us first in order to get the actual shipping charges.
4. Register Mail Rates & Malaysia Parcel (until further notice) would only be calculated based on the weight only.
5. Poslaju & DHL will calculate based on actual weight or volumetric weight, whichever is heavier.  For more information on Volumetric weight please head over to DHL Volumetric Weight Calculator.
6. At the moment we are SHIPPING WITHIN MALAYSIA ONLY.  For other countries who wish to purchase any items from us, please contact us for the shipping details first before making any purchases.

Return Policy

1. Items must be returned or exchanged within 3 working days upon item received.
2. A restocking fee of 30% will be imposed for items being returned.
3. Buyers will bare the shipping cost back to T.T.E. Tech.
4. Shipping cost will not be refunded.
5. Refund would only be given upon confirmation of item has malfunction, or a replacement would be sent instead at T.T.E. Tech’s Cost.

We only accept return under these few circumstances:-

1. Product is not working or malfunction.
2. Product has not been used.
3. Received a wrong product from what you had ordered.
